Molly has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2003 and has been involved in a wide range of responsibilities. As Director of Marketing & Research, Molly constructs new business development proposals, presentations and property flyers. She handles the Gateway Commercial advertising campaign and production of advertising materials. She also tracks and analyzes the St. Louis commercial real estate market, compiling and calculating quarterly statistics and writes quarterly analytical reports for the St. Louis market. Prior to Gateway Commercial, Molly was with Cushman & Wakefield of Missouri, Inc. for two years as a Marketing and Research Specialist.
Molly is a licensed salesperson in the state of Missouri and a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
