J. Patrick Reilly, SIOR

Active as an industrial and office broker in St. Louis since 1993, Patrick has negotiated in excess of five hundred sale and lease transactions in his career, with an aggregate value exceeding $250 million.

As Vice President with Trammell Crow Company from 1998 to 2003, and as Assistant Vice President with Grubb & Ellis/Krombach Partners from 1993 to 1998, Patrick has built relationships with a broad spectrum of national and local clients.

Prior to becoming a founding Principal of Gateway Commercial upon its creation by combining Summit Realty Group and Cushman & Wakefield of Missouri, Inc. in September 2005, Patrick acted as a Principal of Summit Realty Group - Vice President, Brokerage.
