Dennis G. DeSantis has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business since 1974 and has worked as an appraiser, property manager, broker and consultant. He joined Cushman & Wakefield of Missouri, Inc. in 1991 and Gateway Commercial, Cushman & Wakefield Alliance in 2005. His primary focus is office and investment brokerage and consulting, concentrating on both tenant and landlord representation in lease negotiations, strategies and creative solutions. In addition, Dennis has provided litigation services and expert witness testimony for many of the law firms in the St. Louis area.
