Dan Rossini has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business since 2004, joining Gateway Commercial in 2011. Dan specializes in retail and investment transactions with assets ranging in value from $1 million to $25 million. Prior to joining Gateway, Dan was a Vice President with Gundaker Commercial Group, completing over $125 million in closed transactions within the last five years.
Dan’s management training and years of sales and customer service experience make him an excellent resource for clients as he strives to fulfill their needs within the commercial real estate industry. His previous responsibilities included intense marketing and specializing in
customer service techniques. Dan has received multiple awards for his sales and marketing efforts.
