Christopher F. Pollnow

Chris has been active in the commercial real estate industry since January 2007, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. During his career in commercial real estate, Chris has represented both buyers and sellers, from private investors to Fortune 500 corporations, such as Wal-Mart.  Chris utilizes his strong knowledge of regional and national markets, and the nationalized investor pool, as a trusted investment property advisor to both buyers and sellers.  He has successfully sold single-tenant net leased retail, multi-tenant retail, and developed land.  In working on such transactions, he has significantly improved the ability to solicit multiple offers from a variety of markets, from the east to west coast, and placing financing with a variety of lending institutions. Chris has worked with clients on all levels of ownership from corporate acquisitions and dispositions, family trusts, attorneys, banks, developers, and private investors.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Business from The Daniels School of Business and a minor in Studio Art and the University of Denver.
