Carrie J. Krebs

Carrie joined Gateway Commercial in 2011 with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate in the St. Louis market area. She has focused on office leasing, development and tenant representation since 2001.  Carrie’s specialty is leasing office properties in the suburban and downtown St. Louis submarkets.  Her background includes a strong knowledge of effective marketing and development of office properties. 

Carrie was responsible for project leasing at CityPlace and Metropolitan Square; two of the premier office properties in the suburban and downtown St. Louis markets, as well as representing Tenants in locating and negotiating office space within the St. Louis Market. 

Prior to joining Gateway in 2011, Carrie leased approximately 3.1 million square feet of Class A office properties in St. Louis with a total transaction value in excess of $200 million.  In addition, she also negotiated over $50 million dollars of tenant representation transactions.
