Kevin Gallagher is a managing director of Gateway Commercial. Having begun his career in commercial real estate over two decades ago, he holds a real estate license in both Missouri and Illinois and specializes in brokerage, corporate consulting and investments.
Kevin has assisted many national, regional and local companies with their office and industrial space needs including Ryder Systems and Anheuser Busch InBev.
As a practicing attorney earlier in his career, Kevin represented institutional owners and lenders. He also served as an institutional asset manager and corporate real estate director. In those roles, he developed proficiency in multi-million dollar financing, restructuring, acquisition, disposition and lease transactions.
