Andrew H. Port, SIOR

Andy has been active in commercial real estate since 1985 and has completed lease and sale transactions involving office, industrial, land and investment properties.

Andy has successfully worked with both small business owners and major corporations. To date, he has completed over 500 transactions totaling approximately $400 million in value, including over $200 million in office properties. Recent transactions include representing Drury Hotels, Inc. and Suburban Journals of Greater St. Louis in leasing a new corporate headquarters; Sanofi-Aventis in a new sales and training facility; DPI, Inc. in leasing a 180,000 square foot headquarters and distribution facility; Bachelor Foods in leasing 35,000 square feet to Panera, Inc. for their corporate headquarters; Warehousing Specialists, Inc. in leasing 402,000 and 241,000 square feet for distribution and General Mills in selling a 270,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
