Chris Fox has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business since 1991, joined Cushman & Wakefield of Missouri, Inc. in 1998 and was elevated to Managing Director in 2004.  In 2005, Chris played an instrumental role in the creation of Gateway Commercial, which resulted from the combination of Cushman & Wakefield of Missouri, Inc. and St. Louis-based Summit Realty Group, where he is a partner and managing director. Chris is a licensed broker in both Missouri and Illinois and brings to Gateway the experience of professionally managing a portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet of office, industrial and retail real estate in the metropolitan St. Louis market.  His primary focus at Gateway is office and industrial brokerage, concentrating on both tenant and landlord representation. Chris also has experience with investment sales of both single commercial properties and portfolios ranging in size from 25,000 square feet to over 400,000 square feet.
